fawcett or calling lake

wich lake would be the better choice right now for a good days ice fishing i have done research for both but cant decide. going for the eyes mainly, wouldnt mind trying for perch or a couple pike. Any input would definately make the decision easier thanks.

I heard both of them are very slow right now, especially Calling,
summer time on the other hand that place is a blast !!! as well as Fawcett.

sorry , I don't target big fish in the winter,
winter for me is a perch time and perch time only :lol:,
I heard people having good luck at Utikima and McLennan, but that is a hell of a ride out there... 2 days for sure, pulling it in one day would be crazy concidering driving from Edmonton...

worth the trip
we are averaging 20-30 fish per person per day there...

awsome thanks alot i will have to make a trip there, i went to calling yesterday got 3 nice pike and only 2 pickerel. it was pretty slow glad we didnt get skunked though
