I know there are a lot of us that won't make the derby this weekend but lets have a few guesses anyways..

I will go first.

24 pounds 6 ounces will take it..

And I have fished with WayneChristy I know it won't be his :p :p

I would like to break my personal best of 20, even if it isnt a winner, I know they are in the lake.

I'm thinking around the 25lb mark. It's gonna be a good 3 days of fishing with all the decent weather.(I HOPE!)

I think the winner will be around the 27 lb mark.I caught 2, 2 weeks ago:1 was about 22lbs and 1 would have been around 25.Too bad I caught them too early but they are still in the lake!
BTW was out this past Saturday and not even a bite.
Should be a great weekend. The weathers SUPPOSED to be good.

My son and I are heading out tomorrow, and I think he will catch it! he has been talking about going all year. My guess is over 28 lbs. Wish him luck, he's 10 years old.

If I don't get the winning fish,I sure hope your young lad gets it!!!
Imagine the bragging rights a 10 year old would have at school beating all the grown-ups!

Good luck to all who are out this weekend.

Was out there yesterday and it was SLOOOOOOOOOOw!

Tried every presentation known to man, and a few that we made up on the spot. Moved 4 times and ended up with a couple little ones, a 10Lb and a 6Lb

May have to set the sights just a touch lower for the winning fish.

I will pin my guess at 18Lbs
