Well took out my grandfather this weekend for some fishin .... went to Heart Lake in the morning ... fishing around the islands limited out on pike in about 2 hours .... good fishing he pulled a nice 16 pounder in .... Then we went to mons lake ...tied into the perch ... landed about 50 3-6 inches ...seen a few big ones but they wouldnt take anything ... i tryed over 30 different hooks.... couldnt fihure them out... same with the pike ... seen about a dozen couple real nice sized ones but wouldnt take anything ....anyone else have luck there... any nice sized perch being caught??
