I am planning on entering a few events in the NAWT and also the SAWT. Can anyone send me in the right direction as to where to find info on these.
Thanks. Sebastian

The NAWT has a website, try Northern Alberta Walleye Trail on Yahoo and you should get there website, good luck on getting any info as it is rarely updated, you're best bet is to go to the Fishin Hole or the Outdoor show that the Fishin Hole puts on in the end of March and you might get some info. You would think that this info would be out already as it is March, maybe they have to wait for licensing approval??

For info on the SAWT, go to gowalleye.com and check the links for tournaments.

It seems like there is no orginization and the website has no info or e-mail address. I would like to make plans and book the right days off. Does anyone know when moose lake, faust, or pinehurst lake tournaments are?

I heard from a good source that Pinehurst is going to a draw system, so I wonder how they are going to allow a walleye tournament.

The NAWT has been folded, and they are staritng up a new trail. From what I have heard, they plan on calling it the Western Canada Walleye Trail. They want to sanction some tournaments in Saskatchewan along with ones that were in the former NAWT in Alberta.
