april 1st for new yearly licences:)

Different all over the place...as stated April 1st is the official opener of the 2010 season. You need a new license April 1st. Lots of lakes open April 1st that were closed all winter (like beaver in ES2). 95% of the lakes and streams are closed though at this time though. If you are in the south, most lakes open May 7th, central May 14th, far north june 1.
