Lake Newell ice

Hey everyone, just wondering if there is ice on Newll still.
Anyone know?

We were there Wednesday and there is still plenty of ice......soft ice tho!
Never saw any vehicles on the ice but we were down on Little Rainier.
I know I won't be driving on anywhere.
At Rattlesnake I drilled a few holes and ice thickness varied from 12-18 inches....
Pretty slow where we were,we had only one bite and the guys down from us werent catching either....we only tried for a few hours on Newell.

We were at newell yesterday ice is good drove on at kinbrook. But make ur own judgement. We caught two walleye 1 over 8lbs but we had 6 tags too fill. few small pike

would not drive on ice.....lots of it as was mentioned but is very soft especially after today's wind.
