ICE OFF at PCR, CLEAR or TWIN?

HEY Folks,

just wondering if my southern friends can weigh in on ice conditions for some of the south lakes. And by Ice Conditions I mean non-existent.

Edit: Just texted a little birdie who is out at PCR. PCR is open at the bridge.

can i ask what "PCR" stands for?

PCR is Pine Coulee Reservoir. It is just west of Stavely.
