Canoe fishing near hinton

I would like to plan a weekend fishing trip with the canoe near hinton some time this summer Looking for any kind and size of fish. Any ideas?

I take a canoe wherever I go, Wabamun, Isle, Pidgeon etc.......... Just have to be a good paddler :)

Try Jarvis, Gregg or Rock lake, all decent places and not to huge.

Go further north of Rock Lake and try Pierre Greys Lakes

Careful on Rock Lake, it can get deadly windy there, I camp there every year and have found out how bad it can get, but its beautiful there.
