I'm looking for buying new fly reel.
rod: 5w 9 rod.
Looking for some reel under $200.
Any suggestion?

I went with a reddington rise. It is a lot of bang for your buck. Nice drag, big drag button and handle. It is solid perhaps overly so if you worry about weight

g. loomis if u wana stay under 200 okuma if u can spend the extra $

not a big fan of the trion myself i find it weighs quit a bit more. and they are more of your best bang for your buck mark

actually I went to bass pro couple hours ago. tried many, decided to pick up the g. loomis.
it's probably the smoothest reel out of all.
just notice the price on bass pro site is actually US, and their canadian exchange rate is like 2 years ago. Kind of sux.
