anybody know if the ice is of sibald meadows pond yet as my daughter is driving me nuts to go fishing and she likes to go out there....she usually does well catching the cutbows

I wouldn't think there would be much in there until after they stock it anyways

sibbald lake can be pretty decent early in the season too as well as sibbald meadows pond.

It was actually stocked last September and there are lots of fish in there right now. I am not sure if ice is off but I went there in the late fall and right by where the little waterfall is where the pond flows into the culvert under the road, there were tons of fish zipping around. I saw some rainbows and some brookies.

ya she usually picks up a bunch in the far corner by the fallen tree....there is a drop off right beside it...she usuall gets cutties,rainbows,cutbows and the odd brookie....pretty fun place for the kids....i will drive out this weekend and check it out....yhanks

Should be stocked with a few thousand cutties in the next few weeks.

Went tues. afternoon for a couple of hours....managed to hook 4 little cutbows....lots of them rising.....
