Spring fishing utikuma

Has anyone fished utikuma in early spring before and were should a person try for walleye.And also were is the best spot to launch a small alluminum.

If you want to launch there, be prepared for mud and then some more mud. You'll have to wade out in a foot of water through the muck for a good distance, not sure its worth the effort my friend. Just wait a month and fish Slave instead if you ask me, Utikuma is much better in the winter. Besides, I wouldnt want to get caught out on theat lake in a small aluminum, she can get a little rough in the summer....
