outlook for calling, rock island and orloff lakes

Just talking with my father and he saying something about local natives blockading entrances or something like that? anyone heard anything about this as well? he told me about rock island and orloff, but calling lake too!?:confused:

Campground at Rock Island Lake was closed by SRD this spring. That is why the gate is across the road there. Calling Lake is run by parks and they sent out proposals for new campground operators.
