Electric motor bow mount

I have a bow rider and am looking for some ideas on how to mount an electric trolling motor up front. If anyone has come up with a home made mount I would like to hear about it.

Well I have the same situation and am getting a bow motor as well....what I did was make a removable fishing platform for my bow which just sits on the seats. I put a seat up there as well, which just pops ina dn out of the flush mount on the fishing deck. I am going to simple build a mounting block on the deck as well to mount the motor. It cost me about $200.00 for the plywood, carpet, and seat with mount, and now I can go from ski to fishing mode in 3 minutes...it protects my bow seats and I dont have to drill into my hull...

I have, but in SK right now farming. Remind me next week to send you a pic. Basically I just made myself a custom 3/8" aluminum plate to put a quick release mount on it, then re-enforced the bow with plywood underneath, painted it up and good to go.
