had a very good day today at the river!!

landed a decent Sturg !!
another guy there landed a 57 incher, and a couple other landed a few smaller ones

also caught the biggest gold eye of my life ,sorry no pics of that one
and i also caught 5 walleye and 2 burbs nothing to spectacular but very entertaing!!

and boy oh boy were the stugeons jumping !! seen about 8 jump big ones too!!

All of them on P Rigs!!

Had my girls out NE of LLoyd. ( 9 and 7 ) They had a double header on sturgeon of about the same size as yours. All I did was tell them to hang on to that rod ! Got some nice pics and if I knew how to load them I would ! Also got 4 goldeyes and 6 redhorse suckers. All the fish came early and it died by 930. Modified rigs and worms.

were i was the sturges wern't biting till about 230, then died off at around 6 ish

went down to the river today for about 3 hours , landed a gold eye , Then a 41 inch Sturgoen , and 2 suckers ,

Kinda lucky to land the sturgeon , was fighting him for about 10 minutes ( have 10 pound line on the rod lol) then he got my rig snagged in some rocks , 10 minutes later of trying to get the snag out i finlly got him free and landed him :)

caught 2 more sturg yesterday , so I'm up to 4 this year =]
one was 35 inches and the other was 30",

Funny stuff. I know where ur fishn, never had a whole lotta luck there but ur starting to change my mind harhar. One question...who drives home?:scared0015: Hope that's jus pepsi he's grabbin ya?:) Anywhos, again, good on ya to get him out and cheers to locating some of these dinos!!

I dont have a drivers right now , so i Don't drive ...period!! andyah mostly just orange pop... he likes orange pop:)

Couple guys i met have been having some good luck out by CREs Hights , through the onion patch and right at the bend, pulled a couple over 55 inches out over there,

What are you using for bait for those guys? Have fished for sturgeon on the Fraser/Harrison in BC, but never gone out for any since moving to the prairies. Looks like fun!

^^just regular minnows , tried the worm too but no hits , so I'm sticken to the minnows.=]
