gull lake

hi am going camping at gull this weekend at at aspen bech ,Iv never even been in that area fishing so any help will be appreciated . I herd its extremly shalow .Any tips on what hooks or bait a should use or a decent spot I fly fish to .I would like it to be with in walking distins of the camp grond

There's lots of nice fish in there, but you're going to have a 'bit of a time' trying to get out far enough to reach most of them. I would suggest the WEST side of the Lake in the second bay. There's a way in there, but I can't remember how to get to that point. There are a few docks and some decent drop off's around there.... (West Side, first Big bay.)

Someone else might have better spots to fish from... ?
