Hi Everyone,

I have heard some off hand stories about seriously low water levels in Pigeon, Wabamun, Lac la Nonne, etc. I have also heard (and read in the Edmonton Journal) that many boat launches are unable to accomodate 18 + ft. boats.

I need some help, I usually put in at Fisher's Home, Mulhurst or the Prov Park (which I usually avoid because its quite busy) at Pigeon Lake.

Has anyone used these lunches recently (end of May)?

Any other lakes that might be easier to launch?

I have an 18 ft. Larson.

Thanks :)

Havent been to them but ive heard pigeon is a real pain as of may long. Coal lake is way too low to launch as well.
I am in the same boat :) so to speak so im interested to hear your findings aswell.

I was thinking of heading out to Pigeon or Wabamun this weekend.

Has anyone on the board been there last weekend?

What does it look like?

Thanks.

Wabamun launch was no problem last week other than the boat traffic.

is the seba beach launch closed? Its kind of a ghost town now

Is that because it's more of a 'SUMMER' kinda' destination or sometlhing? I thought WAB had a LOT of Launches? Never been there...

Cheers,
