A buddy of mine caught two 10+ lakers up the creek 2 weeks ago before it was high and dirty. Not sure what it's like now.

Water level is up, almost completely full.

I'm headed there today. Buddy of mine just got a 12' boat, so my daughter and I are going out to try it out with him.

Will submit my report later tonight.

Well, 4 hours on the water and not a thing. We went under the bridge to the north end. I mostly tried bouncing a worm along the bottom. I tried a few othe things, but it all ended the same. Now this doesn't count for much because I just happen to be one of the worst fishermen ever.

I just came back from Ghost today (Sunday) and was launching/retrieving my boat at the ramp by the marina...man was it tough! The water level is low and my trailer went off the end of the ramp in order to launch it. Retrieving it was even worst...so annoying! I hope there'll be more water there soon. The island there seem so much bigger with so little water too haha so funny.

The guys lined up in front of me cancelled their launch...which was a smart move.

Where did you guys launch your boats?!?

Was the other side any better? The ramps are especially long due to the low water level.

I put the boat on the lake side also.Did you guys see that bayliner cabin cruiser planted 40 ft into the gravel island 300yds from shore neer the cotages? We had to rescue 2 brothers from it.You are right the fish are really shallow.I caught a little bull and a bow on sat once i figure out how to put pics on I will. The cabin cruiser is still out there the guy put the anchor out and is waiting for the water to come up atleast 10ft before he can move it.

Ouch that sucks... is it lying on its side now? If so I wonder if water's gonna get in from the side and sinks it before it can go afloat again...
