Anyone been down to the forks lately?

Planning a trip this monday for a few days, but am doubtful it will be fishable given all the rain in southern alberta as of late.

Has anyone ventured out, or can comment on how access to the river around the forks is. I am more curious as to if u can drive a small trailer right up to the water front and if there is any water flowing in that small dry creek that u have to cross.

That small dry creek is close to the size of the oldman right now. Its gonna be a few days for sure before its a go. fast dirty waters.

There is still water going threw the cannel around the island.The shore of the river were the water was up to is nasty.Bring some tight rubberboots its sticky mud and about 6 in. thick.And dont forget the bug spray.

baaahhh, just the info I didnt want to hear. I forgot about the bugs...and damn they're nasty right about now.
