Tips for places to fish in canmore

Hey all,
Im going to be in Canmore next weekend and want to get some fishing in (fly and spin) problem is I have no clue where to go. Does any one have any tips or info? I know theres some creeks and little streams but are they any good to fly fish?

Quarry Lake for some Arctic Grayling right in town is one option. There's always the Bow as well, below Canmore I've heard it's pretty good.
