I want to switch up my old 50lb minn for a new bow mount on my 19 foot deep V. I havent really seen any on my style of boat so i was looking to get more info before ordering.
the top of my deck is about 3 feet from the water when she is parked so i hope a 60inch shaft will work???
Also looking into a dual battery system with an onboard charger with alternator MK-2-DC? I dont know if i should stick with 12V or go 24V? Ive read some horror stories about instalation though and im running a 70's merc 115 so i dont want to push the alternator too hard in her.
Ive talked to the guys at the fishin hole but they dont do installs so the advice is more product based.
I really want to get into the Ipilot and be able to charge my system on the water for those LONG drive trips with no power ;)
Anyone tackle anything close to this? any pointers or advice?
