Lower Kannanaskis Lake

I am planning on taking my boat to Kannanskis Lakes next week. Has anyone been there recently? Is there enough water in the lower lake and upper lake to use the boat launches?

As of last Sunday, the Upper Kananaskis Lake launch was still unusable. The last concrete rib was still 3+ ft above the water.
But for float-tubes/pontoons and kayaks - the cutties were biting well!

Don't know about the lower lake.

Last weekend both lakes were lower than I had ever seen...
