any good spots near rocky mountain house to fish from shore? rivers and lakes work, preferably within 20 min

Twin Lake is less than 10 minutes from town and has some good spots to fish from shore for rainbows.

North Saskatchewan in town limits and the clearwater 5 minutes out of town are good as well.

Here is what produces lots for me.

Near Rocky, Prairie Creek(very good), Clearwater, N.S, Mitchel Lake, Strubel Lake

Near Caroline, Swan creek, Matts creek, Vetch creek, Moose creek, Alford creek and lake, Phyllis lake, Clearwater River, Yellow Head lake, Birch Lake, Beaver Lake, South Raven( my main fishery!)

West a little- North and South Ram, Elk creek, Rock creek, Upper clearwater, Peppers lake, Gap Lake
