Large aperture spotting scope tripod

Does anyone know of a good, stable tripod for a large aperture spotting scope? I decided to go with an 80 mm spotting scope this year but I need a tripod head that is stable as the scope weighs 4.5 lbs. It can be as small as 12" because the scope has an angled eyepiece.

I use about the lightest one on the market.....a Slik 613cf.

Any tripod will work.....rock bags are your friend :)
