anyone fish the elbow lately?

Just wondering if anyone has fished it in the last few days, want some small close river fishing.

I was at the Elbow today, where it comes into the Res. Its REALLY murky. Visibility maybe a few inches. Fishing was pretty slow. A few rolls around a dry fly, but nothing to major. Might be different where it hits the Bow, but I wasn't down that way. However, I was also at the Bow. Bearspaw Dam. And up top at the lake is pretty active, lots of beautiful Rainbows, small, medium, and big sizes to be had up there.

I can't confirm this but while at the Bow Habitat open house someone told me that the fishery just west of the res. has all but collapsed due to all the silt and construction run off from the new communities west of the city. If anyone has confirmation of this info it would be greatly appreciated. Even better would be reports that this info is incorrect.
