A couple buddies and me went over there in the spring, we spent the first night at the base of the Big Horn dam where we pulled three different species of trout out from the pool at the bottom of the dam. The second day we woke up and drove to a trailhead across the highway from Abraham and hiked up the mountain (3-4 hour hike) to Allstones Lake. It's worth it if you want to plan around it, it's a BEAUTIFUL hike. It was still frozen as we went in Late April or Early May and were pretty much expecting it. Apparently further up the path there is another small lake as well, but I've never seen it myself.
