I got Drawn this year for 414, bull moose. Anyone out there get a Cow Draw for 414?
I camp a lot in the area so that's why it went in....
In the last year I have seen maybe 5 or 6 moose in the area but was wondering if anybody else would or has put in for this area.
I will probably try to be out there for a week or two but have never hunted moose before so dont know what to expect.
And no just cause it's off Highway 40 does not mean I only know how to hunt from a truck.
I might be interested in doing a hunt with a fellow member who might have a cow or elk tag. I think I am set up pretty decent for Moose huntin'. Got myself a reliable half tone, small 14' camper(might be upgrading) Atv and a 300win mag. I guess all I need is the swamp donkey> Any info relevent to the area, moose hunting or equipment needed would be great. Or if you might be interested in joining in on a week or so feel free to add in.
