Fishing the Creek in Fish Creek.

Has anyone had much success fishing the creek in Fish Creek. My son and I went a couple of times last year around Bebo Grove. On my first or second cast I pulled in a 15 inch rainbow. Since then we can only hook things between 4 and 8 inches. Was that first fish a fluke or is there fish of reasonable size in the creek?

Most the fish in fish creek are 6-8inchs, there are a few larger ones but they are far and few between.

I hever never fished it but there are some big fish in there. Last year I was walking across the bridge near the restaurant in fish creek park and there was a large school of spawning whitefish. There was also a large brown over 20 inches hiding along the bank.

Largest rainbow I have caught in that creek is 10 inches, and I have caught a lot of them. Still waiting for something bigger.
