Gull Lake

Any news on Gull lake? Are the boat launches low I got a 18 ft boat to launch and I guess is the water quality does it suffer a blue/green algae bloom?

went to gull yesterday, the is in good shape very little algae, you can see about 3ft. down. launched at wilsons, not very good there but dropped my 17ft lund no prob. parking there was full by 11am. i would launch at aspen beach.

Aspen is not bad as I have a 17 foot deep v and haven't had an issue even in the spring when the lake was lower. With that said, its no longe useable by two at once as the ramp that's furthest from the launch is way to shallow. But it will be busy and somewhat frustrating dealing with all the people just standing around.
