Looking for some information on the NAWT, formerly WWC, we fished dozens of tournaments from it's inception, lost interest when fourth place at the Golden Walleye Classic at Slave paid $1700.00. Visited the NAWT web site, looks like things are not very up to date, Tim M has resigned, no updates etc, was considering getting back into tournament scene, but not sure of the future with NAWT? If anyone can update on Trail status (Walleye Bob) or any others, would be very much appreciated, or supply any information on this years tournaments results, is interesting to see how boats we used to compete against are doing now? Thanks very much for any info.

The NAWT has been folded and no longer exists (2009 was it's last season). The NAWT was not formerly the WWC in my opinion. A new trail was formed by the former execuitives of the NAWT this winter and they have called it the Western Canada Walleye Trail, and they sanctioned 5 events in Alberta and one in Saskatchewan this year. There is a link to their website, but no information is up yet. http://walleyetrail.ca/
