View Full Version : Range finder on Pin Sight

I was just checkin this site out it looks like it would work. Just line the top line with the back of the animal then you have other lines that mark where the vitals would be at that range and if one of the lines is in the vitals of the animal you just put that pin on the animal and let it fly.

It think its a neat idea and would make life easier if you have to make a quick shot or if you dont have a range finder ready or dont have one at all. The only problem that i noticed it that it will only work for a specific animal.Just wondering if anyone uses this and what they think of it?

I would have to wonder how it works with different draw wieghts and arrows?? i would like to see one

or whip out your laser range finder and get the right yardage. I had one of those dum-a-hickey's years ago on a Browning sight. Good in theory, lousy in practice. If I'm really unsure of the yards, I laze it - I'd rather lose a chance than wound an animal because I got the distance wrong.
