Fishing the Peace country

I'm going to be heading up to the Peace Country on business later this week. I will be busy all day but would like to bring my fly rod and wind down for an hour or two in the evenings. Does anyone know of spots to fish without a lot of gear or time in Grande Prairie, Fairview and Peace River.

Actual catching is not my major concern but it would be nice.

Hi Their are fish ponds right in fairview at the college and a little lake on the out skirts of town called Cummings lake witch aren't bad for fly-fishing, Between peace river and grimshaw their is wilderness park witch has two pounds and their is another pond on the east side of peace river at the md. of northern lights office. Hope that helps.
