Is there any good shore fishing in this area would like give it a try somewhere and dont have a boat.

use pickerel rigs. From the duv bridge, head south 1/2 km and then turn East onto the gravel road that heads to Rannick Grazing Reserve. Keep heading East looking for the next bridge. Basically keep heading North and East until you find the river again, and you will find the next hiway that crosses the river. Just East of this bridge on both the North and South sides are great places for access and good walleye spots just off the weeds, especially this time of year. Use a pickerel rig tipped with a minnow and a worm, figure out what they like best.
