How's the red deer downstream of glennifer?

In terms of clarity and flow.....is it fairly high still?
Hoping to float it this week and just looking for some general info downstream of the dam..

i talked to a cleint just down stream from drumheller the other day and he said he has never seen the river so high in august. he told me is was really muddy still and has been that way all year long.

Was fishing Thursday afternoon until early evening. A few small eyes up to 4 lbs but not a lot of action.
Good rising Browns starting around 5 p.m., snapped off a nice 22" Brown off of a #18 tanned elk hair caddis. Then snapped off a big rainbow 10 minutes later.
I cut off the 3 lbs tippet end and things were better after that. Dark caddis' were working better that the tanned ones.
