Caught of couple of walleye about 18 inches, but then after that had a tick on the line, reeled it in and found a scale the size of my thumbnail on the hook. What the heck could that be from? Those little walters didn't have scales anywhere near that big.
Either way, I'm going back tomorrow.
Going to bring a garbage bag this time. The amount of litter on the shore is shameful. Figure I'll teach my boys about respecting nature and heep the praise on them for being good citizens. If you're out there we'll be the ones cleaning the shore as we go, stop by and say hi.
