I have tried these lures before and they do not hold up on bigger fish. Used them out in Ontario on some large mouths and the little fatties (not big ones) were bending the crap out of the wire. I would never even think of using them for smallies or larger pike. Booyah is the way to go. Cost more, but worth every pennie.

I'll just stick with booyah, i'll probably stock up at the fishin hole sale next week. Will probably be able to grab some for that price or less. i have one spinner bait i got at walmart last year for 3.50 and it worked great except for the fact that the rubber is all dried out and hard.
