Islet Lake

Has anyone ever fished at Islet Lake east of Sherwood Park? Is there anything in the lake? I can't find any regs for it.

Story from a freind of a freind is that lots of people with cottages there fish in it and catch "really small ones" Don't have any info other than that. My guess is there might be some large lake chub or maybe perch in it. I started a thread on it a while back with no replys, hope someone who knows more posts on this one!
