Skinny... nice vid... & tunes ta boot.... dont own a river boat myself, but hey... buddy does, looks like some shallow water on 1 er 2 shots... nice footage, rather hear the engine roar though.... Thx fer sharin...

Unfortunately most of the skinny water boats have a 2 stroke Mercury Sportjet driver, so the engine roar is more like a rattle:ashamed:

Unfortunately most of the skinny water boats have a 2 stroke Mercury Sportjet driver, so the engine roar is more like a rattle:ashamed:
Nuthin' wrong with a "weed whacker " motor IMHO!:D
Mine's one of the old 120 inline 4's, runs rougher than the V6's or 8's for sure.
My kid brother has a 350 Olds Rocket in his boat with a Berkley, and his pump and moter weigh about what my whole outfit does!

Thats alot of fun ain't it, I got a boat myself but it ain't set up to skip over the gravel like that. What kind of bottom you got on that boat, must be about 3/4 inch with teflon?

Mine's straight aluminum, with a 16" wide keel pad of 3/8" high tensile strength aluminum.
slides over stuff real well.
