I got a question for you concerning property.
I was in touch with a realtor up north who was selling a piece of land for someone. I asked him a few questions via email and he answered those questions. Anyrate, IMHO the property was not worth what the seller was asking. Most of the land was in a coulee. Just to feel things out, I threw a price at him that was $15,000 less than the asking price. The SOB never got back to me after that.
Can I use a realtor on this end to find out more and maybe put in an offer? The property is up around the Peace.
