Sherburne Lake (Grassey Lake)

Hi fisherpeoples. Wondering if anyone has fished Sherburne lately and if the perch are biting. Will likely try it on Sat for the first time when the water is not hard. Have only hard water fished this lake and have always been lucky catching those perch on small jigs tipped with maggots which should also work in the summer I would think. If anyone has been ther I would like to hear from you TKS Perchfisher

Was there today for the morning fish, a few small walleye; pretty slow. But, talked to a guy when we were loading up and there boat had 10 nice size pearch in it!

Fished it also this morning. Have never caught such small perch as the ones we were catching today. Hooked into one undersize wally also. Hope those perch put on some weight for the hard water season. I was quite surprised by the number of people fishing there as I very seldom go out to the lake until ice is on.
