eye on the bow

Met up with WayneChristie today and hit the bow below the Bassano dam. Hooked into a few good sized pike and then my girlfriend hooked this beast. 9Lbs on the scale

and this was our smallest Pike and the others were a couple pounds bigger than this guy

NIce! thats one ugly walleye! Glad you guys got some fish. I only had the one walleye that I lost, and a garter snake :) Im thinking evening on that beach would be pretty good for eyes down there. maybe before the snow flies I will have to give it a shot. Had a few bites on minnows, was heading for my backpack and heard a noise, turned around and my rod was heading for the water, but whatever it was got away. Be nice to see F and W down there to remind certain people about it being illegal to fish within 100 meters of the dam, of course when we try to tell them they all forget how to speak English.
