I'm considering trying the forks this comeing Wed. Any reports would greatly be appreciated. I would be fishing from shore.

The forks got fished hard all weekend. There were 20 to30 rods on the beach.I saw a couple of fish caught. Still lots of mossy crap coming down the Bow not bad in the Oldman.Caught some nice walleye from a boat. That place has been getting fished hard in the fall to long.I seen 2 guys last fall keep 6 10 lbs.walleye.I asked them why, there answer was they only go there once a year.

If they eat that much walleye out of there, they wont be coming back for long anyways!

Where is The Forks? I have fished White Sturgeon in the Fraser River in B.C. And can't wait to get my hands on some here! How long does it take to get there from Red Deer? Please reply Thank you

Well its about an 45-hour from Lethbridge so I would say your looking at 4-5 hours from red-deer.

5 hours unless you take the back way, then more like 4 no white sturgeon, we have lake sturgeon, it would be closer for you to fish the North Saskatchewan around Edmonton, talk to BBJ he knows them well
