Bow questions

This may be a dumb question but I was wondering if a bow license is required to purchase bows like a firearm license is needed. If not is it ok to set up a target out in the country somewhere to practice?

no specail licence need to buy a bow, but to hunt with it you will need a bowhunting permit, you get these when you buy your tags..

as far as shooting in the country, go for it, as long as you are safe you should be fine
