May l defend myself here, and say that yes l was acused of being a racist and yes l pmed fishnut to tell him in fact that yes it is Asians lining the shore on the south side of mcgereger lake on any weekend and yes they keep everything . they all have a 5 gallon pail , and yes l reported them and no nothing was done.
So he pms me back and calls me a racist , how the hall does that make me a racist by telling a fact , l,m also fed up with being called or acused of being one just because the word asian is mentioned , nothing whatsoever to do with the color of their skin , l have a friend who is black also.
And also l would like an apology for false accusation calling me racist on a public forum if he or she has the guts to tell the truth of what l said .

Like you, I am not a Racist, nor do I dislike Asians, I have (like you) many friends of varying Ethic backgrounds.
The color of a persons skin is not, nor should it be, a determining factor.

What they are doing ( at the given moment IS!!

If they are obviously poaching, then they should be reported!

Even if our very overtaxed system does nothing, at least there will be a
paper train in the system.

On a open forum such as this one, there will always be those that agree/disagree.. Ect

It seems fishnut over reacted in my opinion, you were just simply stating what you saw.Not a big deal you did not single him out personally.

Like you Jimboy I have seen alot of fish bonking going on either under sized,or over the limits etc. and it is not necessarily from asians.

Anyone who has been to chin lake from may-august at the east end knows what I am talking about,they live in mexico the other 7-8 months of the year,it is a big problem at chin,the proper authorities know it is going on.Not much is done. 95% do not have lisences for fishing or the vehicles they drove there in.Here is a tip if you want phone them in,I recommend not confronting them about it unless you are prepared for a fight.

I NEVER SENT NO HATE FILLED MESSAGE WHAT SO EVER , l just stated that yes in fact they were Asians , if they were scots dressed in kilts then thats how l would discribe them so the fish cops know what to look for.

Either way I don't think people are intending to be racist. I went on a rant a few weeks ago about how everytime I seen poachers they were asian and I understand you don't want to be grouped in that. I'm definately not racist as half of my friends are of asian decent. I guess you need to take it with a grain of salt but I know what you mean as it feels like you are getting attacked personally. Simply stating that you seen asians poaching doesn't make you racist but it's obviously a touchy subject that should be dropped on these forums because its not worth ****ing off and losing our good asian members who are loyal law abiding anglers. Ok everyone, as speculated this thread is DONE.
We did really well in the fishing forum for a week after a bunch of suspensions were handed out, but it sure didn’t take long to for the BS to start again.
Racial slander will not be tolerated here on AO. Especially in post that has ZERO meaning such as this one.
It’s pretty sad when I have spend 2-3 hours a day just monitoring the Fishing Forum. Time to grow up or get out.
