Hey I'm down in calgary heading out around brooks this weekend, does anyone know if the mallards have started their migration yet? same thing goes for snow/canada geese as well, I'm wondering what I should be focusing on.

Snows and most White fronts were a little behind this year due to good breeding success. Most have started to filter into traditional staging areas as of this week. Cackling, Richardson, and lesser Canadas (all the little guys) have moved in as well. Ducks are still primarily local. Most Blue wing teal have started to move out of the province this week.
