No Rumors it's fact.
The Bridge from Hwy22 South to Blue Rapids flats, all the crown land is now designated a Provincial Recreation area, with a twist.
The twist being these lands are set aside specifically to give ATV owners a place to operate, there will be controls on the random camping, and eventually a trail network and associated restrictions to ATV operation.
The area is also currently open for hunting, and is supposed to be left open to hunting. The control of this project is not in the Tourism and Parks Dept. but with the stakeholders commitee.(local clubs and officials)
