where and how much to get a bear skin finished?

A co worker of mine has a few bear skins he has saved over the years and told me I can have one if I like,I am not much of a big game hunter so this is probably the only opportunity to get a real bear skin,my question is first legal is there anything illegal about receiving a bear skin?second is where I can get it tanned and done around the edmonton area?third is price what will it cost me to have it done?
