Hey guys, i shot a muley back in august and brought it to Brian at artistic taxidermy, he was strongly recommended by a friend. When i brought em there he was working on an alligator and i was hoping to see some deer first hand unfortunatly he only had some pictures and a few replicas ( which were beautys). I was hoping you guys could post some pics of work hes done in the past and some good or bad experiences. And also where i can get a good european mount without it costing a mortgage, called a couple places in edmonton for my elk and there charging $300 and up!?

Thanks a bunch!

He has a very good reputation in his field. He has done several mounts for my neighbor and all very well done.

I have had a whitetail and a bear done by Brian, his work was second to none!!! He was a little more money than the rest but it is well worth it!!! I have since got a whitetail done for my Dad elsewhere... it was cheaper and quicker but not even close to the same detail!!! My next big buck will be going to Brian for sure.............. I just need to get some luck and shoot one!!!:sHa_shakeshout:

Stones ram, 2 wt's, 1 mulie, and a 330 elk done by Brian.....all more than happy with. Neighbor and brother are just getting deer done right now.
Very pleased with the quality.
That being said....do have one hunting buddy that has a mulie that has an issue.
Would I go back? Yes.

Have had two Whitetail done by Brian, very up front on how long it would take, expect up to a year +, a bit more expensive than most, but you will not find anyone who does better work in my opinion, well worth the wait, you do not win world championships for Taxidermy by doing 1/2 as#$d work.

Brian mounted 1 WT for me and it looks great. He'll also be mounting my PG animals from Namibia. It's a HUGE plus having such a talented taxidermist right here in Edmonton.
