tinks smoking sticks

was wondering if anyone ever used tinks smoking sticks for moose and how they worked, thanks

They light well burn long (2 hours) and do have an aroma that could be smelt from a long long ways away. Called two bulls in the other night but both hung up about 50-100 yards in bush....dont know why?? But I know I'll be out Friday morning with more sticks!!

Never used tinks, but I've used elksense, probably the same kind of stuff. The key with the sticks I've used is to put a cheasy bucket over em with some holes top and bottom, keeps smoldering longer. I use the old buckets that our greenhouse trees came in, there garbage anyways, and already have most of the holes in already. And if you can put them out the night before too.
