Alot Sweeter Walk Out Tonight

Well I didnt make it work last night but tonight was a different story:sHa_shakeshout:. Left home at 4:10 tonight and headed in after the bull from another direction than last night. After about a half hour walk and a half hour of calling I finally got a bugle and he wasnt to far off. I made a move into some brush and continued to call. He came in just like he was on a string. he stopped at 40yrds and I drilled an arrow through his ticker. Watched him run about 60yrds and go down( at 5:35, camera clock is on Yukon time). Was pretty happy to make it work after last nights fiasco.
The spike bull came in as I was walking up to my bull and the whitetail I saw while hiking the mile from the truck.
Thanks to all for the good luck wishes for tonight as they sure paid off.

Well I get out hunting the odd day here and there and helps having a very supportive wife:) Pulling out early tomorrow with my two boys for a few days in the mountains for some sheep hunting too:sHa_shakeshout:.

There were two ratchet straps tied tight on his cape and drug his hide the whole way behind the quad. Hmmm boy my guide aint getting a tip for treating my trophy that way:angry3:!!!!

My goal is to just get into the same ball park as some allstar hunters I once heard about. "The BENOITS". Sorry couldnt resist LOL

Yep same one I missed the previous night. Got him about a 3/4 of a mile or so from where I missed him the first time.
