Yes, you can't go wrong with K&K. Bring him clean meat and he will remember you. His game meat shop is on 76 ave. and 96 st.

Butchers bus out on Highway 14 east of Edmonton. Myself and quite a few people I know use him and have had no complaints.

If you like hunks of meat that are called steaks and the min. price going up each time you take a animal there than go to the butchers bus. 24 hour drop off is great buts thats all they have going for them.

Thanks for the replies everyone....

The 24 hr drop off at butcher's bus sounds awesome.... how does that work?

Also do any of the above butchers accept the meat with the skin on? I used to have a butcher that would take the animal as long as it was gutted... it helped keep the meat very clean... no hair on the meat...

If you want to leave the hide on, Redwater meat packers will take it. I used them for the first time last year for my Buffalo and they were cheap and they did an awsome job. They will charge a bit extra to take the hide off but it's only like 20 or 30 bucks, and they have 24 hour drop off as well.

Try Victoria Fancy Sausage. They make the best hot italian breakfast sausage from venison that i've ever tasted.

Real Deal Meats on Ellerslie and 91 has done up a mulie and elk for me in the last three weeks. Both of the animals were done within a week (max.). Had him make some smokies and peps from the mulie and they were fantastic.

It's nice to find a butcher that really cares about him product.
